What Eariso is
Eariso is a pattern intelligence tool designed to help people see their own thinking more clearly.
It is not therapy. It is not medical or psychological advice. It is not a crisis support service. It is not a replacement for professional mental health support.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or feel unsafe, please seek professional help immediately.
What Eariso is not

You are responsible for your own wellbeing. Eariso does not diagnose, treat, or manage health conditions.
No guarantees
Eariso is a tool for reflection, not a promise of change. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the service.
Who can use Eariso
You must be at least 18 years old to use Eariso. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Eariso is not intended for children or anyone under 18.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@eariso.ai as soon as possible.
Usage
Eariso is designed for genuine, thoughtful reflection. You agree not to use Eariso for any illegal purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI system, or to abuse the service through automated or excessive requests.
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access for accounts that consistently violate these expectations.
Payment and subscription
Access to Go Deeper costs £12 per month. Payment is handled by Stripe on the Eariso website. You are charged on the same date each month, starting from your first subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By subscribing to Go Deeper, you request immediate access to the service and consent to begin using it right away. You acknowledge that, in doing so, you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the service has been provided. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew.
What happens when you stop paying
If your subscription ends, your account returns to the free tier. Your Pattern Map data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Your account remains active, but access to Go Deeper features is removed until you subscribe again.
Your content
What you share in Eariso belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your conversations or your pattern data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Intellectual property
The Eariso name, product design, and underlying system are the intellectual property of Eariso. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of this product without written permission.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eariso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including emotional distress, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Eariso after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
